House pics after closing

Sorry for the late post, these are photos that we took after our closing on June 24th. After closing, we have epoxied the garage floors, sealed shower tiles and installed blinds. We are in the midst of moving and will have more pics to post soon.

    1. Thanks so much! We did not get a lot of cosmetic upgrades so I'm anticipating many projects down the road.

  5. What a lovely home! Beautiful kitchen. We are building a Venice in Northern Virginia. I noticed that you did not get the optional windows in the morning room. I chose not to as well, and am kinda regretting it. How do you feel about not having them? I go back and forth changing my mind. Your thoughts?

    1. Hi Natasha, thank you! With no additional windows, we still have 21 windows throughout the house so I think that's more than enough. lol. But no, I did not even consider adding extra windows and I don't regret my decision because I am planning to put a piece of furniture and hang framed art on that wall. Also, the neighbor's house is only around 70 ft away from the side of our house so we will just be looking at their house. However, if you are in a corner lot or has a nice view and not restricted by the budget, then it might be worth it to get the additional windows.
