Feb 19 - emailed Structured Cable of VA (SCOVa) our floor plan marked up for cable and phone jacks
Feb 20 - Flooring and Design Appointment
Mar 3-7 - loan approval
Mar 21 - Pre-construction meeting
Mar 25 - building plan being reviewed by county
April 4 - building permit approved
April 9 - basement excavation begins
April 11 - footers in place
April 14 - footings and concrete encased electrode inspected and approved by county
April 19 - basement/foundation walls
April 22 - dampproofing of basement walls
April 24 - bricks on foundation
April 25 - basement bath rough-in
April 28 - county approval for pouring basement slab
April 30 - moved sum pump to original location
May 2 - basement plumbing reinspected by county; concrete slab (garage and basement) poured
May 3 - support beams, floor joists
May 6 - found out support beams are short, have to replace
May 7 - replacement steel beams have arrived
May 8 - 1st floor framing starts
May 9 - interest rate locked in
June 20 - pre-settlement walk through
June 24 - scheduled closing
